These terms govern purchases from, custom work performed by, and use of https://www.4fenterprises.org, operated by 4F Enterprises (“4F Enterprises,” “we,” or “us”).
Products, quotes, and pricing
Published prices apply to the product, material, dimensions, quantity, and finish described on the listing. Prices labeled “starting at” are examples for common configurations and are not a final quote for every custom project. Custom pricing may change based on material cost, thickness, size, artwork complexity, fabrication time, finish, shipping, and quantity. We confirm final custom pricing before production.
Custom design approval
For personalized, custom-sized, or design-sensitive work, we may provide a drawing, rendering, photograph, or other approval request. The customer is responsible for reviewing spelling, names, logos, dimensions, quantities, artwork placement, and other visible details before approving. Production may begin after approval. Changes requested after approval may require additional charges and may extend the lead time.
Production and fulfillment
Typical custom production is 7–14 business days after final design approval and required payment or deposit. Standard cut-material orders are generally ready in 2–5 business days unless the product listing says otherwise. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Complex work, material availability, production load, or customer-requested changes may extend the schedule.
Payment
Payment requirements are shown on the quote or checkout. We may require full payment or a deposit before ordering material or beginning production. Card and installment payments are processed by the payment provider selected at checkout. If a buy-now-pay-later option is offered, the customer's financing relationship and payment schedule are also subject to that provider's terms.
Shipping, pickup, returns, refunds, and cancellations
Our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy is incorporated into these terms. Personalized and made-to-order products are generally final sale once approved and in production because they are manufactured for a specific customer. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect orders promptly as described in that policy.
Customer-provided designs and intellectual property
By supplying a logo, image, drawing, trademark, wording, or other design content, you represent that you have permission to use it and authorize us to reproduce it solely as needed to quote, design, manufacture, and document your order. We may decline work that we reasonably believe is unlawful or infringes another party's rights.
Material and fabrication variation
Metal products may show normal manufacturing variation, mill marks, heat discoloration, weld appearance, grinding marks, minor dimensional tolerance, or finish variation consistent with the material and fabrication method. Bare steel can rust and unfinished aluminum can oxidize or discolor. Unless a specific finish or tolerance is stated in writing, ordinary fabrication tolerances and shop finish apply.
Customer use and installation
The customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for its intended installation or use unless 4F Enterprises has expressly agreed in writing to engineer or certify that application. Mounting, anchoring, electrical work, structural loading, fire clearances, vehicle use, and code compliance may require qualified installation or local approval.
Web app and customer approval links
Authorized businesses and staff may use the web app to manage jobs, photographs, comments, and customer approvals. Customer approval links contain a unique token and may grant access to one job without a password. Treat the link as confidential. An approval submitted through the link, together with the entered name, timestamp, IP address, and related record, may be retained as evidence of the approval.
Text messages
Where enabled, customers may receive transactional SMS about their own quote, order, approval, or pickup. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We do not use this transactional service for unsolicited promotional texting.
Acceptable use
You may not attempt to access another customer's or business's data, bypass access controls, upload malicious or unlawful content, misuse messaging features, or interfere with operation of the site.
Availability and limitation
The website and web app are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or for lost profits, revenue, or data arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms as our products, payment options, or services change. The updated date above will be revised when we do.
